Beside the order pad
The customer is already standing still while the bouquet is tied. That pause is the whole opportunity, and the card is the only thing using it.
One simple QR code that helps your business collect reviews, reward customers and connect them to everything you offer.
Twenty seconds, and it genuinely helps a small shop.

ScanReviews in the real world. Take a look at how our customers display their review cards across a range of businesses and industries.
Every photograph on this page was taken in the shop it shows, by us or by the owner. Nothing here is stock imagery or a staged set.
One opens a whole page of your links, one stands on the counter, one goes in a wallet, one goes on your keys. Every one is configured to your own page and scan tested before it is posted.

105 × 148 mm · your own page behind one code
Google and Trustpilot reviews, all your socials, your wifi and an optional loyalty scheme, on one page we build for you.

105 × 148 mm · acrylic stand included
Big enough to read across a counter. Stands where people pay, and does the asking for you.

85 × 55 mm · business-card size
The same review card, small enough to hand over or leave on a table. Delivered with an acrylic stand.

38 × 38 mm · 5 mm clear acrylic
Goes where you go. Hand it across a bar, a chair or a van door and the scan takes seconds.
You send a link. We generate, print and test the code. It arrives working.
Pick your format and platform. Mix cards, mini cards and keychains in one order.
Paste your review or profile link at checkout. We generate the code, print it and scan-test every item.
It arrives ready to work. Put it on the counter, in a wallet or on your keys, and point customers at it.
A clear acrylic desk stand is included with every card. It holds the card upright and angled towards the customer, so it looks deliberate on a counter, reception desk or salon station, rather than propped against a till.
Every platform · same finish

Stand it where people pay. The scan takes seconds, the review lands on your own Google page, and nobody on your team has to say a word.
The customer is already standing still while the bouquet is tied. That pause is the whole opportunity, and the card is the only thing using it.
Ordering, paying and waiting all happen on one square foot of counter. Put the card there and every customer sees it without being told to.
People read the price list on the way out, with a phone already in one hand. The card sits inside that same glance rather than competing with it.
Tap any photograph to see it full size. We will happily suggest a spot for your own counter if you send us a picture of it.

This is how your ScanReviews card will look. Printed A6 on matte board, acrylic stand included.
No apps, no accounts, no dashboard to learn. The work sits with us, not with you.
Choose the platform you want reviews on. Buy one, two or three. Mix Google with Instagram, or take three for the same location.
Paste your review link at checkout. We generate the QR code, print it onto the card, then scan every card ourselves before it is packed.
Your card arrives working, with its acrylic stand. Slot it in, stand it on the counter or reception desk, and point customers at it.
The QR code and the process are identical. What changes is where the thing lives.

Stands on a counter or reception desk in the acrylic stand included. The one people scan while they pay.

Business-card size, landscape, with a stand. Sits neatly on a counter, desk or shop shelf for customers to scan.

Clear acrylic, 5 mm thick, on a split ring. Goes wherever you go, so the code is never back at the shop.
Four counters that took delivery of a card and put it out the same day. Tap any of them to see the photograph full size.
One link. That is genuinely it.

Every current iPhone and Android reads QR codes with the standard camera app. Point, tap the link, done. Nothing to download.
Yes, any time, free of charge. Just ask us and we will point your existing code at a new destination. Move it from Google to Facebook, or update it if your listing changes, and the card in your shop keeps working. No reprint needed, and the same applies to keychains.
Yes. Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, LinkedIn, a booking page, a menu, your own site. Any valid URL.
Size and where it lives, not what it does. The A6 card is 105 × 148 mm and stands on a counter or reception desk. The mini review card is 85 × 55 mm, business-card size, for a counter, desk or shop shelf. The keychain is 38 × 38 mm clear acrylic and goes on a keyring. All three carry a QR code we configure to your page before dispatch.
One QR code that opens a page of your own: your Google and Trustpilot review links, your socials, your website and your wifi, with an optional loyalty stamp card. We build the page for you before dispatch, and we edit it any time, free of charge. The card is £40 and the page is included.
It is an optional extra on the Multilink Review Card: a digital stamp card on your page, £4.99 a month. Customers collect a stamp each visit and redeem the reward you choose. Add it at checkout and the first month is charged with your order. Cancel any time and the rest of your page keeps working exactly as before.
No. There is no app to install and no subscription needed, and your card works whether or not you ever log in. If your card came with a sign in code, you can log in to see your scans and, on a Multilink card, change your page. The one optional extra is the loyalty scheme on the Multilink card, £4.99 a month, cancelled any time.
Orders are dispatched the next working day and typically arrive within 1 to 2 days. UK delivery is free.
Yes, with every card. A clear acrylic desk stand is included with the A6 card and the mini review card, so it stands upright and angled on a counter or desk straight out of the box. Keychains arrive in a ScanReviews gift box, ready for a keyring.
We scan every card and keychain before it is packed. If one ever fails to scan, tell us and we will replace it.
Yes. Pack pricing keeps applying. Every group of three is charged at the three-card rate.
Yes. A Google card for the counter and an Instagram card for the window is a common order.
Yes. Our reseller programme sells the cards at trade so you can set your own price, starting with a pack you buy up front. If you want cards for several of your own sites instead, or a quantity larger than the packs cover, get in touch and we will quote you.
Payment is taken on Stripe's own secure checkout, the same system used by millions of businesses worldwide. Card details are entered on Stripe's page, never on ours, and we never see or store them. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too.
Ask before you order. A person reads every message, and we reply within one working day.
Not sure which link to send, or want cards for several sites? Ask. We reply within one working day.

Card payment is not switched on yet, so we take these by phone or email. Your order is written out above. Nothing is lost.
Checking your order…
Take a starter pack of review cards, walk them into local businesses, and point each code yourself the moment someone says yes. No franchise fee, no monthly cost, no territory to buy. The pack is the whole commitment.

Hover a card to see it in full, or tap it on a phone.
You buy at trade and charge what you decide. We publish one recommended figure and nothing more, what you actually charge is yours alone.
No app, no account for the customer, no subscription to explain. A card on the counter that works with any phone camera. It demonstrates itself in ten seconds.
Codes arrive printed and pointing nowhere. You point one at the customer's review page from your phone, in the shop, and hand the card straight over.
Customer moves from Google to Facebook? Repoint their code yourself, no charge, no reprint. The card already in their window carries on working.
QR cards, acrylic stands, QR keychains, mini review cards and a welcome box, delivered free. You are not printing or packing anything.
No franchise fee, no monthly platform charge, no minimum order after the first pack, and no territory to buy. Order more when you run low, or don't.
Fifteen cards to try the round, up to a hundred to cover a town. The bigger the pack, the less each card costs you.
Cards and stands, posted free the next working day. Every code is already printed on its card and points nowhere yet.
A business says yes. You type the code off the card, paste their review link, and it goes live immediately. Scan it once yourself before you leave.
Trade prices improve as your order size grows. Your prices are shown inside your account and are not published anywhere.
There is no application and nothing to be approved for. Pick a pack, and the account comes with it.
Loading packs…
Every pack includes the QR cards with an acrylic stand for each one, QR keychains, mini review cards, a welcome box and free UK delivery. Recommended retail is £20 a card, £7.49 a keychain and £9.99 a mini card, and the worth figures above use those.
An illustration built from your own inputs. Not a forecast, and not income you should count on.
We publish one recommended figure, £20, and nothing more. You are free to charge whatever you like above or below it, and it will never affect your trade price, your stock or your standing with us.
Setting a minimum resale price is resale price maintenance, prohibited under the Competition Act 1998. A recommendation is lawful; enforcement is not. So we recommend, and leave it there.
Anything else, call 07510 486300. It is quicker than email and you will get a straight answer.
No. You buy a pack of cards and that is the entire commitment. There is no franchise fee, no monthly platform charge, no minimum reorder and no territory to purchase.
Whatever you decide. We recommend £20 a card because that is what works on the high street, but it is a recommendation and nothing more. Charging above or below it will never affect your trade price or your account.
Every card arrives with its code already printed, pointing nowhere. When a business buys one you point that code at their review page yourself and it works immediately. You never wait on us to activate anything.
Repoint it. It is free and unlimited for codes you own, and the printed card keeps working. No reprint and no charge. That also covers a customer moving from one platform to another later.
No. If you can copy a link from a browser and paste it into a box on your phone, you can do the whole job standing in the shop.
Your stock is dispatched the next working day, and we get in touch with your account details and where to point your codes from. We will also call you before your first round if you would like a hand with the opening line.
That is who this suits best. Bookkeepers, web designers, signage firms and anyone already walking into small businesses tend to sell these without making a separate trip.
Dispatched next working day. Point your first code the day it lands.
Figures shown are illustrations built from your own inputs, not earnings projections or a guarantee of income. Trade prices are confidential to resellers. ScanReviews recommends a retail price of £20 and does not set, require or enforce any minimum.
If you work with small businesses, a bookkeeper, a web designer, a marketing agency, a trade group. Your clients almost certainly want more Google reviews. Send them here and take a cut of everything they buy.
Not just the first one. If they come back for more cards on the same code, you get paid again.
Someone clicks your link today and orders ten weeks later? Still yours. We track it from the first visit.
No stock, no invoicing, no support. Share your link. We handle the order, the printing and the customer.
Fill in the form below. We reply within one working day with your personal link, something like scanreviews.co.uk/?ref=YOURNAME.
Email it to clients, put it in a newsletter, add it to your services page. Anyone who buys through it is tagged to you automatically.
We total up your orders at the start of each month and pay by bank transfer, once the 30-day returns window on each order has passed.
We approve applications by hand. It keeps the programme clean and means your code actually gets looked after. One working day, usually much less.

These terms cover everything you buy from scanreviews.co.uk. In them, "we", "us" and "ScanReviews" mean ScanReviews, trading from the address shown on your order confirmation. You can reach us on 07510 486300 or at [email protected]. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
A printed QR review card, or cards, each supplied with a clear acrylic desk stand. Before dispatch we generate a QR code that points at the destination link you give us at checkout, print it onto the card, and scan-test it.
Cards are A6, matte board, black or white. The Multilink Review Card is printed in the cream and gold finish photographed, and its QR code opens a web page we build and host for you, carrying the review links, social profiles and other details you send us. We update that page on request, free of charge.
Because each card is printed to order with your own destination encoded, it is made to your specification.
Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
The loyalty scheme is an optional extra on the Multilink Review Card, priced at £4.99 a month. It is a subscription: the first month is charged with your order and Stripe then charges the same amount monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], and the scheme switches off at the end of the period you have paid for. The rest of your card and your page carry on working. If you restart the scheme later, your customers' stamps are restored.
We encode exactly the destination you supply. Please check it carefully, a typo in your link becomes a printed card that goes to the wrong place. If you spot a mistake, tell us before we dispatch and we will correct it at no charge.
You confirm that you have the right to link to the destination you give us, and that it does not point at anything unlawful. We may refuse an order and refund you if a destination is unlawful or clearly not yours.
Your printed code can be repointed at a new destination after delivery, free of charge, without reprinting the card. Contact us and we will make the change. We aim to keep this service available for as long as the business operates, but it is a service rather than a permanent guarantee.
Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the next working day. Delivery is normally 1 to 2 days after dispatch, within the UK, and is free. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to change their mind. Because each card is personalised, printed with a code generated for the destination you choose. That right does not apply to the printed cards once we have started making them.
In practice we are more generous than the law requires:
Business customers buying in the course of a business do not have consumer cancellation rights, but the faulty-goods commitments above still apply.
Approved refunds go back to the card used for payment, normally within 5 working days of us agreeing the refund.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for how many reviews you receive, the card provides a route to your review page, nothing more, and we have no control over the platform it points at.
Email [email protected] and we will reply within one working day. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you use scanreviews.co.uk. The data controller is ScanReviews, contactable at [email protected] or 07510 486300.
We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
Order records are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they fall in, because UK tax law requires it. Enquiry emails that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Your destination links are kept for as long as we support repointing your code, so that we can change it if you ask.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Your basket is held in your own browser's local storage on your device, not on our servers, clearing your browser data clears it. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page, which are necessary for payment and fraud prevention.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to our use of it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

These terms cover the free pages you make with ScanReviews and share at me.scanreviews.co.uk. In them, "we", "us" and "ScanReviews" mean ScanReviews. You can reach us on 07510 486300 or at [email protected]. By making a page you agree to these terms. Buying cards is covered by our Terms of Sale instead.
Your page's name is its address, me.scanreviews.co.uk/yourname. Names are first come, first served. We may take a name back and give you another if it copies a person, brand or business you do not represent, or could mislead the people who visit.
If you rename your page, your old address keeps sending visitors to the new one for 30 days, and after that anyone may take the old name. Your QR code keeps working through a rename, because it opens your page by its own number rather than its name.
Everything you add stays yours: your name, words, photo and links. You give us permission to store it, show it on your page and in your dashboard, and make the copies we need to run the service, for as long as your page exists. You confirm that you have the right to use what you add, and that your links go where their labels say they go.
Your page, and everything it links to, must not contain or lead to:
You must not try to break, overload or get around the security of ScanReviews.
Every page carries a Report this page link. You can also email [email protected] with the page's address and what is wrong with it. We read every report.
If a page breaks these terms or the law, we may take the page down, block a website from every page, or delete the page and its login. Where someone could be seriously harmed we act first and explain afterwards. We pass information to the police or other authorities where the law requires it or someone is at risk.
We will email you to say why, unless the law or a risk of harm stops us. If you think we have got it wrong, reply to that email or write to [email protected], and we will look at the decision again and reply within 14 days.
A free page carries up to 5 links, any of our themes and your own QR code. We may change what the free plan includes. If a change would take something off your page, we will email you at least 30 days before it happens.
You can delete your page at any time in Settings. Your page, photo, stats and login go straight away, and any QR code you have printed stops working. If we ever stop offering free pages, we will email you at least 60 days before, so you have time to move your links somewhere else.
We provide free pages as they are, and now and then they may be unavailable. We are not responsible for the websites your page links to, or for what other people put on their pages. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are only responsible for losses you could reasonably have expected when you made your page, and never for lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if a change matters, we will email you before it applies to your page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Our privacy notice for free pages explains what we do with your personal data.

This notice explains what we do with personal data when you make a free page with ScanReviews, and when someone visits one. The data controller is ScanReviews, contactable at [email protected] or 07510 486300. Buying cards is covered by our Privacy Policy instead.
When someone opens a page or taps one of its links, we record that it happened, which link was tapped, whether they came through the page's address or its QR code, the country and town their connection comes from, whether they used a phone or a computer, and which kind of browser. To count visitors without cookies, we also keep a scrambled mark made from their internet address and browser details. It changes every midnight, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. We never store the internet address itself, and page owners only ever see totals.
Free pages set no cookies and load nothing from other websites.
When someone signs up, checks whether a name is free, or asks for a password reset or another confirmation email, we keep a scrambled form of their internet address or email address, so that repeated attempts can be slowed down. These records are deleted within 7 days.
When you log in to your dashboard we set one cookie, which keeps you logged in for 30 days or until you log out. The dashboard cannot work without it, so we do not ask for consent to it.
We never sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cloudflare and Resend may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to our use of it. You can delete your page and login yourself at any time in Settings, or ask us to. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Free pages are for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that a page belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If you are outside that, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
If your parcel has not arrived within five working days of dispatch, email [email protected] and we will chase it or send a replacement.
Changed your mind, or spotted a typo in your link? Email or call us before your order is dispatched. We will cancel and refund in full, or correct the link at no charge.
Every QR code we print is one we control, so the destination can be repointed at any time. Email us the new link and we change it free of charge. The card in your hand keeps working, it just goes somewhere else.
Each card is printed to order with a code generated for your own destination, so it is a personalised product. That means the standard 14-day right to change your mind does not apply once we have started making it. What we do commit to:
We replace it free, no questions, no need to return the original.
Send us a photo and we replace it free.
Wrong link, platform or quantity. We reprint at our cost.
Full refund or replacement, your choice, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Email [email protected] with your order reference and a line about what went wrong. We reply within one working day and cover return postage whenever the fault is ours.
Tell us what happened and we will sort it. A person reads every email, and we reply within one working day.
